Responsibilities:
1. Create BL drafts & auto O/F charges in GENESIS and confirm BLs.
2. Print OBLs after vessel sailed, and release OBLs to customers.
3. Upload related charges (Bill Amendment, Telex Release & Certificated etc.)
4. Do BLs amendment and MCNs etc
5. Do telex release after vessel sailed as customers’ request.
6. Do switch bill as customers’ request.
7. Help customers solve other trouble cases, such as long idling cases.
8. Assist POD colleagues solve trouble cases, such as seal problems, cargo weight & packing problems, can’t get in touch with CNEE etc.
9. Issue invoice after bill printed

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1+ years related working experiences
2. Shipping Industry/Forwarding company experience is a plus
3. Team spirit, punctuality and detailed oriented.
