Mission:--Ensure material quality in compliance with regulation and quality
requirements, Initiate continuous improvement for supplier quality
确保原材料符合法规与质量的要求，推动供应商持续改善质量。--Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the
assigned area of dedicated business (products and services). Implements SQM
requirements regarding corrective actions, technical specifications and
qualification of suppliers. Acts as SQM contact in cross-functional teams.
确保供应商质量得以提升,正确的执行供应商质量管理的相关要求，如以推动改善，技术规范要求和供应商资质审核，作为供应商质量管理的跨部门协调人。
Responsibilities:--Establish necessary technical competencies for supplied
goods.对供应商提供的物料建立相应的技术知识。--Consult on supplied goods for R&D in early project
stages to ensure best fitting supplier choice.在项目早期向研发提供信息以选择最适合的供应商。--Provide
supplier performance information as input for cross-functional sourcing team.
Provide all SQM input for ToCo driven risk-minimizing sourcing decision.
为跨部门团队提供SQM所有的供应商绩效信息，以ToCo（所有成本）为指导，最小化供应商决策的风险。--Definition, implementation
and controlling of prevention-oriented qualification measures for supplied
goods introduction process.在物料导入阶段，定义，实施和控制以预防为导向的控制措施。--Support supplier in
the definition and verification of implemented corrective actions on supplier’s
side. Establish system for supplier caused non-conformance cost tracking.
协助供应商定义和确认纠正措施的实施。建立供应商相关的质量成本的记录系统。--Coordinate to solve non-conforming
materials from supplier, feedback supplier and monitor effectiveness.
协调解决供应商相关的不合格品物料，反馈给供应商，并监控供应商改善效果。--Define and implement a plan for supplier
quality audits and assessments. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier
quality audit process.制定并实施供应商审核与评估计划，监控并确保审核的有效性--Creates and negotiates
Quality Assurance agreements, and monitors implementation in supplier processes.
创建并协商供应商质量协议，确保其在供应商的流程中得到执行。--Identify suppliers with potential risks from a
SQM perspective and identify SQM measures for supplier development. Development
of collaboration with suppliers to support a "Quality partnership"

Qualifications and Experiences:
--Bachelor degree or above with at least 3 years working experiences in SQE
function本科或以上，三年或以上SQE相关工作经验--Experience for quality management and process
control质量管理和过程控制的经验；--Experience in supplier development and qualification
供应商开发和评定经验；--Experience in quality auditing质量审核经验。
