主要职责：

加入我们深圳的团队，在分析数据以支持市场营销、定价和CRM战略决策方面发挥关键作用。作为数据分析助理，您将：
1. 使用Excel、Python和大型语言模型（LLMs）进行深入的数据分析，发现可执行的洞察。
2. 开发并维护数据仪表盘和报告，以跟踪关键绩效指标（KPIs）和趋势。
3. 与跨职能团队合作，将数据洞察转化为战略行动。
4. 支持基于数据的市场营销、定价策略和客户关系管理的开发和优化。
5. 通过严格的分析和验证流程，确保数据的完整性和准确性。

资格要求：

1. 至少2年数据分析工作经验，并有成功交付驱动业务成果的记录。
2. 精通Excel、Python和大型语言模型（LLMs）用于数据分析和预测建模。
3. 结果导向，具有"能做"的心态；能够在动态环境中多任务处理并独立工作。
4. 对团队合作、持续成长和***标准的诚信有强烈承诺。
5. 语言能力：英语水平至少达到CET 6，精通普通话，会粤语者优先。
6. 数学、统计学、数据科学、经济学、金融或相关领域的学士学位或以上学历。

薪酬与福利：

Data Analytics Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Join our team in Shenzhen and play a critical role in analyzing data to inform strategic decisions across marketing, pricing, and CRM. As a Data Analytics Associate, you will:

1. Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel, Python, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to uncover actionable insights.
2. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic actions.
4. Support the development and optimization of data-driven marketing, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous analysis and validation processes.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
2. Proficient in Excel, Python, and LLMs for data analysis and predictive modeling.
3. Results-driven attitude with a "can-do" mindset; ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment.
4. Strong commitment to teamwork, continuous growth, and the highest standards of integrity.
5. Language skills: Minimum English requirement of CET 6, proficient in Mandarin, with Cantonese as a plus.
6. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:
1. Competitive monthly salary: CNY 8,000 to 15,000, including meal allowances and performance pay.
2. 13-month pay structure: An additional month of base salary payable upon completing a full calendar year.
