General Summary:
Responsible for designing and conducting experiments toward the development or improvement of plastics colorants and additives. Responsible for developing testing plan, procedure, data analysis and communication of results. Three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.

61 Conduct literature and patent search to guide experimentation
61 Actively participates in materials testing to facilitate scale up to production.
61 Contributes to product platform development through application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis.
61 Supports marketing and sales through development of product and application data.
61 Conduct work in a safe, respectful and ethical manner
