【岗位职责】
1、按照招聘流程，掌握客户的招聘需求，分析人才画像，并根据岗位要求进行人才寻访；
2、推动团队有效找寻合适候选人，并通过对目标候选人进行电话 甄选、面试，满足候选人与招募职位的匹配要求；
3、为客户和候选人提供跟踪服务，独立对接客户，解决客户问题。
4、在招聘领域为客户提供专业性的意见，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导；
5、leader交办的其他工作。

【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，2年以上招聘经验，对IT互联网/新能源/金融/医疗/快消/地产/制造业等行业招聘感兴趣的都可；
2、对招聘市场及渠道有较深的了解和认知，丰富的面试经验，有猎头/人力资源行业/或项目执行经验优先考虑；
3、较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，团队协作精神。
