英孚青少儿学校教务长 Director of Studies EF Kids& Teens

Requirements
1. M. A in TESOL, English Education , Educational Management & Leadership or relevant majors
2. A minimum of 3 years’ ELT experience with young learners (3-18 years old)
3. 2 years’ experience in teacher training, supervising and school management in a multicultural environment
4. Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office Package)
5. Evidence of committal to professional development

Personality Preferred
1. Motivated, ambitious, approachable, detail-oriented
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Committed to continuing professional development (self and staff)
4. Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes
5. Professional and of smart appearance
6. Business and service minded


Main Duties
1. Work closely with the Center Director and other supervisors to ensure the smooth and successful running of a learning center through inter-departmental co-operation and effective communication
2. Guaranteeing the highest academic quality through teacher development, monitoring, and leading regular workshops for teachers
3. Ensure the effective scheduling of classes, extra-curricular activities and events
4. Teach lessons to the highest standards using a variety of techniques
5. Keep in close contact with EF English First Regional and to implement any changes regarding the centers academic program and systems
