-负责组内服务团队的日常管理，及人员招聘、培训；

-根据业务发展需要，总结经验并提出建设性意见；
-做好客户的分配和管理；
-做好客户的定期拜访，了解客户需求及反馈意见，及时发现服务中潜在问题并予以解决；
-承担与派遣机构的协调、政策复核及管理；
-完成派遣员工审计问题的后续处理跟进；
-做好组内服务团队应急突发事件的处理，并及时向上层领导汇报处理情况；
-协助组内员工做好职业规划
-完成上级布置的其他工作

任职要求：
-大专以上学历
-五年以上人事管理经验，有人事外包相关经验者优先
-熟悉劳动人事法规
-工作细致主动，具备极强的服务意识及能力

-具备独立工作，沟通协调能力，亲和力，能承受与化解一定的工作压力
