1. 有三年以上国际贷运代理行业相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉厦门货代海运进出口操作每一项流程；
3. 处理海外订单，从接单到出口结算全程跟踪，及时与海外保持沟通包括异常处理，风控把握;
4. 英国过四级以上，熟练英语听、说、写；
5. 负责客服部与公司内部及各部门的沟通协调工作；
6. 服从上级领导工作调整及工作安排,协调安排所负责的客服部门的各同事的工作安排
7. 可以承受加班，抗压力强；具有团队合作精神；
