GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Senior Buyer will need to assist Assistant Sourcing Manager to execute company’s strategies for sourcing, product development and order execution. S/he needs to nurture vendors to meet our cost, quality and deliver requirements and manage vendor relationship, collaborate with associates towards successful problem solution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support Assistant Sourcing Manager to achieve the business goals.
2.Complete daily work according to the guidance from Assistant Sourcing Manager.
3.Source, investigate and develop new suppliers of assigned product categories.
4.Present new product ideas and new materials to overseas Business Units.
5.Collaborate closely with suppliers on daily basis to monitor and manage their performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service etc.
6.Collaborate with various Asia functional teams, overseas Business Units, vendors and third parties to execute programs/projects deliver on-time on-cost and on-quantity.
7.Coordinate with AG Cross-function teams and suppliers to address issues during product development and production stages.
8.Accept additional responsibilities as project needs necessitate.
Qualifications & Experiences:
1.University Degree or above.
2.At least 7 years relevant working experience with party goods or home decoration products.
3.Experience in order handling with international customers.
4.Experience in developing and managing overseas suppliers is preferred.
5.Experience in managing a big supplier base and capable of sourcing new items.
6.Independ work and “problem solve” ability.
7.Good knowledge of common quality standards.
8.Willing to travel/ visit factories.
9.Fluency in both speaking and written English (CET-6 or above) & Mandarin.
