Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1.Assist in the whole execution of photography to secure the shooting timeline and quality is well respected.
1. 协助执行整个摄影过程，确保拍摄时间和质量。
2.Capable to closely communicating with PD team to get the latest status of sample delivery status across divisions, arranging shooting by priority level, verifying photography quality and progress.
能够与开发团队密切沟通，了解各部门样品交付情况的最新情况，按优先级安排
拍摄，验证摄影质量和进度。
3. Regular conference calls with Operation team in the head office on photography calendar, processes, issues or status, reports etc.
与总部运营团队定期召开电话会议，讨论摄影日历、流程、问题或状态、报告等。
4. Document working processes and troubleshooting reports.
记录工作流程和故障排除报告。
5. When necessary, collaborate with other internal photography team to facilitate the product (Ecom, still life) shooting going in a smooth manner. Tasks include gathering samples from PD or/and vendors, scheduling photography schedule, overlooking the whole process promptly and effectively etc.
必要时，与其他内部摄影团队合作，以促进产品(Ecom，静物)拍摄的顺利进行。任务包括从开发部或/供应商那里收集样品，安排摄影时间表，及时有效地监督整个过程等。

Requirement：任职要求
1.University Degree in Business, Retail, Buying, Marketing, or related field experience.
大学本科学历，商业，零售，采购，市场营销或相关领域经验。
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a merchandising/product development/project coordinator role.
至少2-3年相关销售/产品开发/项目协调员工作经验。
3. Proficiency in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
熟练使用计算机，能快速学习新软件应用。
4. Strong Excel skills are required.
优秀的Excel技能。
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，具有与跨职能团队有效合作的能力。
6. Proactive mindset with exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
积极主动的心态，具有出色的时间管理能力，能够优先处理任务并按时完成任务。
7.Detail-oriented and process-driven approach, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
注重细节，过程驱动，具有较强的故障排除能力。
8.Fluent oral English communication is a must, and able to work independently with head office after training.
流利的英语口语交流能力，经过培训后能够独立完成总部的工作。
