岗位职责：
1、管理仓库物资及产品的进出，合理设置各类物资和产品的明细账簿和台账；
2、仓库内物资及产品的存放，根据各类物资的性质、用途、类型分门别类建立相应的明细账、标识卡片；产品成品应按照品种及规格设立明细账、标识牌；
3、严格按仓库管理规程进行日常操作，对当日发生的业务及时逐笔录入电脑系统和台账，做到日清日结，确保物品进出及结存数据的正确无误；
4、做好各类物资和产品的日常核查及定期盘查工作，做到账、物、卡三者一致；
5、定期或不定期盘点，每月将盘点清查情况形成报表，在规定的时间内报送上级主管及相关部门。
6、完成领导交代的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，英文良好；
2、有三年以上行业仓库管理工作经验优先；熟悉电脑操作，对企业仓储运作熟悉，能根据具体情况制订、改进仓储管理流程。
3、踏实稳重、严谨细心，能吃苦耐劳；
4、善于沟通，具有良好的团队合作意识。

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the go-down and go-out of materials and products in the warehouse; Set reasonably the books and ledger for various types of materials and products;
2. Arrange for the storage of in-house materials and products; Create the corresponding books and bin card for different types of materials and goods based on the nature, function, and type; Set up books and identification card for finished goods based on the variety and specifications;
3. Strictly follow the requirements of warehouse management procedures for daily work; Timely make an entry and the ledger for each receive/send action happened within one business day, and make sure that the data recorded is consistent with the physical material and products;
4. Perform routine or periodical checks for various types of materials and goods, ensuring consistency among ledger, material, and identification card.
5. Count stocks regularly or in an irregular manner, and report the stock-check results to management regularly, and other departments as required;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the management;

Requirements:
1. College or above, good English;
2. With 3-year or above of warehouse related work experience is preferred; excellent computer skills (office operation); Familiar with operations of warehouse in factory; Help to propose or modify warehouse management procedures;
3. Practical, careful, and hardworking;
4. Good communication skills and teamwork.

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
