Responsibilities:
? Ensure in-process and out-going quality are in compliance to specific requirements including directs employees engaged in measuring and testing products and tabulating data concerning product, or process quality and reliability.
? Responsible for non-conformance including quality complaints, investigation, follow up on corrective and preventive action.
? Identify and resolve process quality issues constructively and drive improvement plans to achieve quality targets.
? Training, coaching on quality tools, such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and DOE, etc. and application to drive quality improvement.
? Quality engineering and Kaizen events support.


Requirements:
? Minimum Degree in Quality Engineering or related discipline.
? Above 5 years’ process quality control experience in similar function in MNC.
? Good knowledge in TS16949, Lean Six Sigma (BB desirable).
? Detailed-oriented, results-oriented.
? Possess good English skills both reading and written.

We are currently operating a 8,000 square meter factory in Shenzhen to that is now commencing volume production of their proprietary components for delivery to installations worldwide. The plant will eventually produce over one million square meters of parabolic collectors every year.
