What You Will Do
61 Be responsible for HP/PA product test preparation and execution.
61 The individual will work with both Development Designers and other engineers to develop test plan, execute test cases, report and track defects, and provide status report throughout a product life-cycle.
61 Create test plan, schedule test resources, track deliverables, and communicate test progress and issues to the product team.
61 Collaborate with other test/development counterparts to ensure functional coverage is sufficient;
61 Develops test case content and execute test cases/scenarios;
61 Performs initial problem determination and diagnosis when issues arise during execution, and opens and tracks defect against those problems;
61 Requires the understanding deeply of common testing tools (JIRA…).
61 Report status, and provides feedback on usability, serviceability and documentation.
What You Need
61 Major in Science in a Computer Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
61 >5 years managing a product hardware verification
61 Experience developing and executing product verification test ideally in the EE, Battery life time, thermal, noise AMP, power consumption, reliability, Consumer electronics industry and embedded system architecture.
61 Has experience on schedule test resources, track deliverables, and communicate test progress and issues to the product team
61 Proficient in the use of Windows based desktop applications
61 Strong capability in design test plan, design test case, executes tests, data analysis and report. Bi-lingual fluency in Mandarin and English: excellent verbal and written communicate
61 Experience with automated test scripting is a plus
