Job Responsibilities:
1.To manage & execute Marcom activities within responsible area and ensure a consistent global image of the brand/company.
2.To act as a good liaison partner between EPCOS and TDK in GC for organization of joint Marcom activities. English / Chinese translations for Japanese materials.
3.To assist the superior in carrying out supervisory responsibilities in direction and coordination of the team in accordance with the management’s policies and requirements. To assist the superior in developing a team spirit, encourage better cooperation within the team and other departments.
4.To support GC Marcom planning, procurement and implementation. It includes corporate design identity & implementation, advertising, exhibitions & customer events, media & public relations, publications, promotional articles, internal communications, Chinese version of corporate websites. This applies for EPCOS GC sales offices, factories and joint ventures.
5.Backup for line manager/team member. Orientation/training for new staff.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in marketing, marketing communications, public relations(PR) or related discipline
2.Min. 5 years managerial experience in marketing communications/PR, of which 3 years working experience in Japanese//MNC electronic companies preferred.
3.Good knowledge of marketing communications’ tools and techniques
4.Excellent English (CET/IELTS 6 or above), Japanese and Chinese in both oral and written skills.
5.Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, MS Internet Explorer/Netscape Navigator, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop etc.
