主要职责:
1. 根据公司要求向船公司采购优势运价，管理公司航线运价，实时针对所辖各航线运营情况进行成本价格的更新，进行统计分析，及时发现问题，对其进行经营调整；
2. 负责针对航线发展的整体趋势、市场运价进行研究与分析，收集并整理相关航线的运力和运量变化、市场竞争动态，运价波动信息；
3. 负责所辖航运上各船东关系维护和运价合约协商签订，降低运价采购成本，协调合约执行过程中船东端的各类事务；
4. 了解航线船公司挂港情况、优劣特点，与船公司及货代庄家保持良好关系，做好货代市场行情定期收集与汇总，同时解决关于运价、舱位等重大问题，为各个业务单位的运价采购提供必要的业务指导。
个人素质和相关经历:
1． 大学本科及以上学历，物流相关专业，英语/韩语，听说读写熟练；
2． 从事货运代理行业3年以上经验；熟悉货代行业空/海运操作，货代采购与管理；
3． 具备较强的市场分析和良好的人际沟通，协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力，有突发事件处理的应急能力；
4． 具有团队意识及一定的管理能力，责任心强，性格外向。
