主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
61 Plant Management 工厂管理
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
61 Assume the management of the Autonomous Production Unit Managers and of the support function managers (Quality, Logistics，ME, Maintenance…);负责管理生产经理和其他支持部门经理（质量、物流，工艺，维修等。）
61 Ensure smooth inbound and outbound information flows;确保内外部信息畅通
61 Ensure customer satisfaction;确保客户满意度
61 Drive plant Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (QCDP) performance and build and meet the plant budget;推动工厂质量、成本、交付和人员绩效和构建满足工厂预算
61 Drive product/process QCD improvement; optimize plant lay-out and equipment usage;通过产品、过程的改进，优化工厂布局和设备的使用
61 Ensure manufacturing readiness and launches at plant level ;确保工厂生产过程和新项目的投产
61 Drive supplier performance improvement;推动供应商绩效改善
61 Define a deployment plan for the Faurecia Excellence System and implement it;制定FES实施计划并执行
61 Drive plant improvement networks and involve everyone in continuous improvement processes;推动工厂改进，让每个人参与持续改进项目
61 Ensure employees safety, respect for the environment and security of the plant;确保员工的安全，关注工厂环境和安全
61 Fulfill legal responsibilities and interface with local authorities;履行法律责任，与地方政府接触
61 Ensure staffing, induction, training and development of plant employees;确保工厂员工的招聘与配置，培训和发展等
61 Manage social climate and labor relations;管理工厂文化氛围和劳动关系
61 Develop future Faurecia experts and managers;培养佛吉亚未来的专家和经理
61 Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards. 确保工厂遵守所有的安全/法规标准
61 Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务
资格要求Qualifications :
1.教育背景/Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Mechanical本科学历以上；理工科专业优先
2.Experience in automotive industry or, at least in mechanical industry: 10 years;10年汽车行业工作经验，至少是在制造业
3.Experience in a plant (production/ method/design/quality); Experience in production management;工厂经验（生产/方法/设计/质量），生产管理经验 Talent 熟练
4.Experience in team management; Rigorous, self-organized and able to organize his Manager job团队管理的经验，严谨，自律，能够胜任管理工作 Talent 熟练
5.Ability to build and manage a budget;建立和管理预算的能力 Skill 良好
6.Results orientation;结果导向 Talent 熟练
7.Practice of project follow-up tools;实践项目跟踪工具 Skill 良好
8.Good understanding of finance and economic issues;对金融和经济问题有很好的理解能力 Skill 良好
