We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.This role will be mainly tasked to handle inbound customer calls of PINB Customer Service Hotline/ incoming emails in PINB customer service mailbox, and make outbound calls in different business scenarios. Providing services covering multiple areas, including company information inquiry, purchased product information inquiry, customer complaint, etc.
2. This role assists with the implementation of the customer service standards as set out by the Head of Operations. This role will ensure the consistent and effective implementation and performance of customer service standards across PINB call center.
3.This role will need to cooperate with other functions/departments to handle customer issues and customer complaints and ensure the issue handling process adhere to the PINB call center procedure.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree is required;
2.1+ years’ experience on Fund or Insurance related customer services, preferable with insurance broker, fund sales or related financial service industry;
3.Experience in fund related customer service and life insurance is preferred;
4.Good Mandarin speaking and writing skills; Good English speaking and writing skills are preferred;
5.Working knowledge of various applications including MS Word and Excel;
6. Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet work goals with quality results.
7. Ability to work as an effective team member within the departments and company as a whole;
8. Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objectives in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objectives;
9.Pass 基金从业人员资格考试 科目一 and 科目二.
