Job Specifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, electronic, mechanical or microwave background is preferred.
2.5 years working experience in product management, RF design or test, especially RF system test.
3.Good command of spoken and written English
4.Familiar with MS office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Act as the product owner from product transfer or introduction stage to end of life of the product.
2.Work with overseas NPI/design team or local R&D to lunch NPI project on schedule
3.Lead the transfer of documents and fixtures from overseas NPI/design team or local R&D, make sure documents and fixture are available for NPI trial run and mass production
4.Assistant NPIC planner to arrange NPI product trial run schedule
5.Follow up material purchase progress of NPI product
6.Lead CFT team to launch NPI trial run and review
7.Review ECO/ECN and follow up ECO/ECN implementation
8.Lead CFT team to effort on continuous improvement and feed back DFX optimization to overseas NPI/design team or local R&D
9.Take full ownership of the process engineering for product transfer and new product introduction, and volume production.
10.Ensure the assembly drawing, specification, standard and other related doc is clear and complete.
11.Write and maintain the assembly work instruction, train and certify the assembly operator.
12.Take lead to timely solve all the assembly related production issues.
13.Function owner of all the assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling development and maintenance, ensure sufficient spares to meet production requirement, raise purchase request to order new assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling. Well control expense and drive cost reduction on assembly equipment, fixtures, and tooling.
14.Effectively communicate critical or unique manufacturing process parameters to production lines through the development of manufacturing process guidelines. Provide with quick resolution for those process related production issues, such as yield issues, vendor quality issues, failures, reliability issues, field returns, etc.
15.Develop, standardize and control process to improve quality and yields. Continuously optimize and improve process and drive cost reduction through improving manufacturing process.
16.Ensure assembly process and production line is RoHS compliant where required.
17.Interface with Industrial Engineer to meet assembly capacity requirements and proper production line flow.
18.Provide training or leadership to product engineer I in case of need .
