Primary Objective:

Finance department daily support, routing work include the cash managemental payment, expense verify ect.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform for the daily cash management, such as Petty cash, AP payment, Cash report, bank reconciliation.
2. Perform for basically checking for Supplier code set up. Maintain vendor master data in SAP
3. Perform for housekeeping of financial records and contracts in compliance with local requirements. Include the filling and scan.
4. Perform for daily AP processing such as review of staff reimbursements based on company policies & guidelines and assist communication with staff.
5. Validate all incoming VAT Fapiao submit tax data in Golden Tax System. And filling the VAT Fapiao.
6. Assist the local government report filling.
7. Assist the Annual audit and Tax Audit. Such as scan the supporting.
8. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in financial/accounting related major.
? At least 1 year's related experience, can work under high pressure.
? Familiar with office software, excel, etc.
? Good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking in plus.
? Good communication skill.
? Good working attitude with teamwork and supportive.
? SAP knowledge is an advantage.
