职位描述
岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上ERP、OA、MES等企业管理信息系统开发经验。
2、熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（如Java、C#、Python等），并具备良好的编程习惯。
3、熟悉数据库技术（如SQL Server、Oracle、MySQL等），能够熟练进行数据库设计、优化及SQL编写。
4、对ERP、OA、MES等系统的业务流程有深入理解，能够独立完成业务需求分析、系统设计及开发工作。
5、具备良好的系统分析能力，能够解决复杂业务、高并发、大数据量等系统问题。
6、熟悉前端开发技术（如HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript等）及主流前端框架（如Vue.js、React等），能够实现前后端分离开发。
7、具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与项目团队成员有效协作，确保项目按时交付。
8、有强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够主动学习新技术，不断提升自身技能水平。
岗位职责：
1、负责ERP、OA、MES等系统的需求分析、系统设计、开发工作，确保系统满足业务需求。
2、参与系统架构设计，优化系统性能，提高系统稳定性和可扩展性。
3、负责数据库设计、优化及维护工作，确保数据库安全、高效运行。
4、配合测试团队进行系统测试，及时修复测试中发现的问题，保证系统质量。
5、编写相关技术文档，为系统维护、升级提供技术支持。
6、根据项目需要，配合实施团队进行系统部署、上线及后期维护工作。
7、关注行业动态和新技术发展趋势，为公司技术选型、系统升级提供建议。
8、完成领导交办的其他相关工作。
