主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
? 保证工厂内所有质量行动均按照佛吉亚的要求的执行，并遵守客户、分部业务集团的要求;Guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the Faurecia requirement and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Product Group and Corporate guidelines.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
? 定义工厂质量目标和监控程序
Represent customer requirements internally Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor process
? 按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系
Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the FNX System
? 定义工厂质量组织结构的人员和发展计划Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
? 确保工厂遵守安全法规标准Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety regulation standards.
? 报告质量结果和保存质量记录和文件Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records and documentation
? 和采购部共同面对供应商的问题Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
? 如有质量问题，终止发货或生产活动Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
? 管理并传达ISO/IATF16949质量管理体系规范和HSE，监督质量体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施，特别是通过如下方法：Management and deploy the ISO/TS 16949 Quality management system specification and HSE , supervise the quality management systems implementation to meet the requirement of the ISO/TS 16949, special through the following approach:
? 管理评审Management Review
? 体系与过程质量审核Quality management system internal audit and manufacturing process audit
? 计量及试验室Calibration and laboratory
? 持续改进Continue improvement
? 完成上级交代的其他任务Complete other task assigned by manager；

深圳佛吉亚汽车部件有限公司是由佛吉亚集团和比亚迪汽车工业有限公司在2018年7月合资成立的公司。其中，佛吉亚（全球领先的法资汽车零部件科技公司）持股70%，比亚迪持股30%，其总部在深圳，长沙和西安分别设有分公司。公司的业务主要为开发、生产、装配、销售和交付，涵盖汽车整椅、座椅骨架、座椅发泡、座椅面套的汽车座椅产品及产品相关的零部件；且提供售后服务和技术咨询开发服务。未来在满足一定条件的前提下，合资公司将扩展其业务范围至为中国的其他新客户提供相关产品。
