工作描述
1、完成安排的设计任务，并严格按照设计计划完成各项设计工作；
2、主持并完成设计的前期主创意、文件编制；
3、主持完成设计汇报、现场交底、问题答疑及设计质量、效果的监控；
4、负责与客户的沟通和项目相关单位的会议及协调以及审阅合同；
5：非中国国籍
任职要求
1、环境艺术、室内设计、建筑设计相关专业，本科以上学历，购物中心、精品超市、百货等大型商业空间设计1年以上工作经验；
2、熟练操作各类SU ,S3MAX , auto CAD， Photoshop,等绘图软件，懂工程装饰材料、工艺、施工图纸、灯光效果，会手绘者优先；
3、 对大型百货，精品超市的设计有独到的见解，有较强的方案构思能力，良好的设计素养、创意独到，具备良好的设计表现和语言沟通表现能力，能独立完成项目的洽谈、设计、出图；
4、熟悉大型百货，购物中心，精品超市的施工做法及施工工艺，掌握市场流行的基础材料及商业新型材料；
Job Description
1. Complete the assigned design tasks and strictly follow the design plan to complete all design work;
2. Lead and complete the preliminary creative and document preparation of the design;
3. Responsible for completing design reports, on-site briefings, answering questions, and monitoring design quality and effectiveness;
4. Responsible for communication with clients, meetings and coordination with project related units, and reviewing contracts;
Job requirements
1. Major in Environmental Art, Interior Design, and Architectural Design, with a bachelor's degree or above, and over 1 year of work experience in designing large commercial spaces such as shopping centers, boutique supermarkets, and department stores;
2. Proficient in operating various drawing software such as SU, S3MAX, auto CAD, Photoshop, etc., familiar with engineering decoration materials, processes, construction drawings, lighting effects, and skilled in hand drawing is preferred;
3. I have unique insights into the design of large department stores and boutique supermarkets, strong ability to conceptualize plans, good design literacy, and unique creativity. I have good design performance and language communication skills, and can independently complete project negotiations, designs, and drawings;
4. Familiar with the construction methods and techniques of large department stores, shopping centers, and boutique supermarkets, proficient in popular basic materials and commercial new materials in the market;
