岗位职责：
1. 在产品开发阶段，配合业务部门，与工厂对接，跟进开发样和产前样的
制作，保证样品符合客户要求。
2. 在大货生产阶段，评估及核实工厂实际产能，跟进重要和紧急订单的生
产进度，及时反馈供应商大货生产的真实状况。
3. 代表公司对供应商行使监督、检验的职责，如实向公司反馈供应商大货
生产的品质状况；
4. 在大货生产初期，对工厂各个工位进行巡检，评估工厂对每道生产工序
的品质管控是否符合要求；
5. 按照 AQL 标准，对包装成品进行出货检验并出具验货报告；
6. 根据质量体系的要求开展辅导工作，指导供应商的品质改善，确保供应
商产品质量和工艺流程持续达到公司要求；
7. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1. 从事过 QC 工作 2 年以上，熟悉体育类产品优先考虑，熟练使用常规
测量器具；
2. 对产品生产过程、出货检验中发生的主要问题能够初步判定其原因；
3. 做事积极、细致认真，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神、高度
的责任心与执行力；
4. 持 C 牌驾驶证，实际驾驶一年以上。
5. 接受不定期省内、省外驻厂要求。

3.Factory audits– Conduct Social compliance audit (eg. Child labor, Legal wage, working hours, environment protection, working safety), and Capability, Facility audit or other required audit by the needs of customers.
4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
5.Problems solving– Strong responsibility and quick response for any problems.
