Job Function:
The job holder will provide important daily support to team members. The role also provides all secretarial and administrative support to department head and the team.

? Translate documents, such as emails, help documentations, user manual, system menu etc
? Draft the documents of department, such as user manual, testing documentation, meeting memo and so on
? Other jobs assigned by Manager.
? Provide daily system supports including troubleshooting, testing, report development and business analysis.
? Prepare technical/business documentation and user guides.
? Conduct User Trainings.

Principal Accountabilities:

Job Requirements:
? College degree or its equivalents
? Fluent in both written and spoken English, 2 years working experience
? Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT
? Proved PPT skills is preferred
? Good skill in negotiation and communication
? Preferably with customs related experiences and/or ERP support
? Experience in electronics industry
? Sound knowledge in one or more of the following areas; Finance, Distribution or Manufacturing
