Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to one design team on Switching Power Supply design .
• Oversee resources budgeting, allocation, review and approval for his/her own team.
• Track projects and progress through regular reviews.
• Develop control systems, reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments are met.
• Participate in product architecture and feasibility technical reviews.
• Provide assistance and guidance in the development of product designs from proposal to delivery.
• Provide technical support to customer and Sales team. Attend regular meeting with customer and sales team.
• Managing and motivating the team, building a strong design team to fulfill assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree above at least. Master degree is highly preferred.
• 6 years plus design experience on high power products. Prefer to have experience on Server or Telecom Power Supply.
• Strong theoretical analysis skill and circuit debugging capability.
• Prefer to have fluent English communication.
• Need good teamwork.
