Position: Accountant / Senior Accountant
Job Location: Shenzhen, Nanshan

GL Accountant 总账会计
？ Perform daily accounting operating
？ Perform month-end closing and preparing schedules and reports
？ Prepare financial audit related documentation
？ Prepare other ad-hoc assignments

Cost Accountant 成本会计
？ Reconcile trial balance accounts within individual responsibility as costing account
？ Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation
？ Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy
？ Prepare for inventory aging report, WO aging report, tooling profit analysis
？ Lead the productivity improvement activities
？ Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports
？ Establish objectives and implement appropriate processes in line with established financial practices Ensure budget, schedules and performance requirements are met
？ Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook and RCTS
？ Lead financial periodic costing closing

Tax Accountant 税务会计
？ Communicate with Site Finance and other department; prepare reconciliation. between financial book and Customs book
？ Handle financial activities related to Tax and others arrangement from management
？ Responsible for VAT declaration and customs e-book in manufacturing

AP Accountant 应付会计
？ Communicate with internal site finance or external companies to deal with the finance issues
？ Train the data inputs to be high efficiency in data processing and qualified to accountant position
？ Check the documents and account code in ERP system
？ Reconcile the statement with internal site finance or external companies
？ Prepare the reports as required by immediate supervisors or site finances
？ Ad hoc tasks or projects

AR Accountant 应收会计
？ Reconcile our Accounts Receivables with Customer
？ Prepare Statement to customer
？ Provide missing invoices and locate lost payments
？ Follow up customer for payment
？ Co-ordinate with site people for any customer dispute
？ Prepare regular AR report

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
2. 3 years related working experience
3. Be fluent in written and spoken English
4. Proficient in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Baan is preferred
