职位描述
Job Responsibilities：
1、Provide the user support for the computer hardware and software;
为用户电脑硬件和办公软件提供支持；
2、Provide the support for the printers, phones, MDE, TVs, conference system, etc.;
为公司打印机、掌上设备、电视机、会议系统等提供支持；
3、Provide the support for the security systems like CCTV, Access Control system;
为公司安全系统如监控、门禁等提供支持；
4、Create, assign, track, review and assist with service requests in IT ticketing system;
在IT服务系统中创建、分配、跟踪、审查和协助处理服务请求；
5、Coordinate with the installation and maintenance of networks and servers;
协助为公司的网络和服务器提供支持；
6、Maintain the IT assets inventory;
维护IT资产记录；
7、Document IT operational guidelines and conduct users training.
制定IT常用软硬件操作指引文档，为员工提供操作培训；
8、Collaborate in different IT projects;
参与不同的IT项目；
9、Collaborate with an international IT team;
与集团全球的IT团队进行沟通合作；
Requirements:
1、College or above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
大专以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业；
2、1-3 years or above working experience;
1到3年或以上工作经验；
3、Fluent in written and spoken English, at least good in read and written English;
英语书面和口语流利，至少良好的英语读写能力；
4、Knowledge of Server/LAN/WAN/VPN in Windows environment;
基于Windows环境的基础架构知识（Server/LAN/WAN/VPN）；
5、Strong analytical, problem-solving skills;
优秀的分析和解决问题的能力
6、Ability and interest in providing user support and training;
