Job Summary:
Join the Lattice-China Corporate & Customer Quality team. This group is part of the Lattice Worldwide Corporate & Customer Quality Team. The department charter includes Customer Quality Engineering and Quality Management System roles & responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Works with the field application engineering team in China and the global customer return analysis team to verify and diagnose the failures of Chinese customer returned FPGA/CPLD devices, analyze the confirmed failure devices, identify the failure modes and failure mechanisms of these failures;
- Work with other engineering team to investigate the root cause of the failures, follow up finalization and execution of corrective actions and preventive actions for the failures to improve product quality, write eight discipline report for these failures investigation;
- Interacts with key customer accounts, develops relationships with Customer Quality Engineering to support cooperative working relationship to support sales and manufacturing efforts;
- When required, uses this relationship to review customer issues and complaints, and get the correct factory resources applied to resolve;
- Keeps management and all levels within the organization up to date on quality related issues;

- Provide quarterly Lattice Quality reports to customer (as required and in-person as necessary) and quarterly Customer Quality reports (with actions) to Lattice.

工作职责：
- 与中国的现场应用工程团队以及全球的客户退货分析团队一起合作，去验证和诊断中国客户退还的FPGA/CPLD器件的失效，分析确认的失效器件，分辨出这些失效的失效模式以及失效机理；
- 和其他工程团队合作去调查失效的根本原因，跟进针对于这些失效而制定的纠正措施和预防措施的执行以及最终实施，从而提高产品的质量，最后为这些失效分析的调查写相应的八维报告；
- 与关键客户互动，并且加强他们与客户质量工程部之间的联系和建立起合作性的工作关系，从而支持销售和生产部门的工作；
- 当有相应的需求时，使用建立起的这层合作关系来审查客户的问题和抱怨，并且获得正确的工厂资源来解决这些问题和抱怨；
- 同时确保组织内部的管理层以及相关人员得到与质量相关的问题的及时更新；

- 向客户提供莱迪思季度性的质量报告(如有需求并且如有必要的话向客户当面提供), 并且向莱迪思提供客户的质量报告(其中附有相应措施)。

Qualifications:
？ Five (5) plus years work experience in the semiconductor industry, especially failure analysis and test engineering. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
？ Experience on dealing with customer quality issues, particularly for issue resolution and partnerships.
？ Experience on quality system audit, continuous improvement program。
？ BS in Engineering (MS is a plus).

资质：
？ 五年以上半导体行业工作经验，尤其是失效分析和产品测试的相关经验。拥有良好的英语口语和写作技能。
？ 拥有处理客户质量问题的经验, 特别是解决问题和建立合作伙伴关系的经验.
？ 拥有质量体系审核，开展持续改善活动的相关经验。
？ 工科学士及以上。
