Responsiblities:
· Responsible for journalistic operations, budgets and costs (printing, online publication, mobile application and supplements) to ensure the implementation of publishing plans are in line with corporate guidelines;
· Give direction to gererate editorial content for all publications, decide the tone of the selection, coordination with various departments to finalize layouts, design and concepts, etc to meet expectation of target readers;
· Leadership and motivate the editorial staff and maintain an extensive contact and network of freelance writers and experts;
· Establish, maintain and develop links with associations, organizations, partners, and sponsors;
· Author lead articles, edit and proofread all editorial contents for print and online publications;
Responsible for journal branding, advertising sources and handling reader feedback.

Qualifications:
· Degree holder or above in Journalism, Translation, Language or related discipline;
·Minimum 10 years solid experience with 5 years as a senior editor;
· Background and knowledge of Automotive industry is a great advantage;
· Innovative and good understanding of the leadership of a modern commercial scientific journal with online service;
·Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and coordination skills with internal and external partners;
·Strong editorial, writing and interviewing skills and be able to lead a team to plan daily and long term publication content;
·Proficient in MS-Office and good knowledge of relevant editorial and content management systems;
·Proficient in English and Mandarin.
