About the Role
APAC Procurement drive the transformation and deliverables of the Supply categories in APAC - a critical enabler to fuel commercial growth and sustainability commitment in the region and beyond.
Currently, there is an exciting opportunity to join the APAC procurement team as the category Specialist to support on special project sourcing activities, data analysis and continuous improvement.
Your focus in this role is:
? Sourcing activities on assigned project related material. Including but not limited to Packaging material, raw material and other material or services.
? Manage assigned productivity project, including obtain quotation, build business case and engage internal stakeholders for approval.
? Support Category managers with assigned tasks.
? Execute Category strategy
? Support CI projects
? Procurement data analysis
Ideal candidates will have:
?Tertiary qualification in Business, technical or related areas
? preferable 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG company
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Continuous improvement mindset
? Integrity and personal congruence
? Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation Skills
? Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Flexible, proactive approach ready to take on new challenges
? Excellent MS Excel, data management skills
? Ability to build good relationships with people
-?Proficient in Mandarin and English written and spoken
