Position targets / Outcomes:
? Manage, plan, and execute purchase order of various category(s) of solar and energy products.
? Ensure and manage a stable Purchase to Pay process
? Maintain controlling dashboards and report your findings on regular basis
? Source and support supply chain data for better decision making
? Development and negotiations of supply contracts
? Conduct cost modeling i.e. TCO and ROI to build business cases
? Create and maintain the ERP databases for the development of financial reports and key performance indicators.
? Support sourcing and RFX exercises to obtain lowest total cost of ownership while minimizing any Supply Chain risks to the business


Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline is required.
MBA is a plus.
? Min. 3-5 years of professional experience of direct procurement operation and system build.
? Prior procurement experience in related categories such as, PV modules, inverters, batteries, mounting racks is a plus but not a mus.
? A demonstrated track record of successful direct procurement operations and continuous cost savings
? Prior financial experience, reporting, budgeting or planning

Nice to have:
? Familiarity with MS 365 Dynamics or web-based procurement applications (SAP/ProAlpha)
? Experience defining OKRs and managing using KPIs
? Prior international or multi-national work experience is desirable; foreign language skills are beneficial.
