Title: Sales Manager – Medical/Industrial/Automotive Diecut Parts (Hunter Focus)
Location: Shenzhen, China
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote can be considered.
Required Language Proficiency: Fluent Mandarin & Business Level English
Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field, with a strong focus on new business development (Medical/Industrial/Automotive within flexible material, converter, or assembler (CMs))
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Proactive Business Development: Act as a sales "hunter," actively seeking out and securing new business opportunities in the medical, industrial, and automotive sectors.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Develop and execute aggressive market entry strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence in new markets.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize advanced prospecting skills to identify potential clients, with a focus on high-value targets.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage in active customer acquisition, demonstrating the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady stream of new business opportunities.
- Material Solution Education: Collaborate with product design teams, educating them on our material solutions (Gaskets, Die-Cuts, Tapes, Foams, Rubber, Silicones, Plastics, and Converted Flexible Materials) and their applications.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Industry Expertise: Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in flexible materials, applying this knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits to manufacturing locations and engage with customers at all levels to build relationships and secure business.
- Project Management and Coordination: Oversee project progress in coordination with internal teams, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and timelines.
- Commercial Negotiation and Customer Support: Handle all aspects of customer interaction, including negotiation, problem resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record as a sales "hunter," with a strong emphasis on new business development and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability in building and managing a sales pipeline, with a focus on high-value client acquisition.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required.
- Comprehensive data analysis skills with the ability to derive practical solutions.
