JD for Sourcing Manager

1. Build and lead the Shenzhen sourcing department

2. Actively develop strong partnerships with key vendors

3. Earn trust and confidence from our partners by promoting our company as a world class global manufacturing company.

4. Manage the overall RFQ process and provide monthly performance reports.

5. Conduct regular cost analysis to maximum company profits.

6. Qualify and select vendor selection based on capability, risk and capacity,

7. Negotiate purchasing terms and manage supplier contracts.

8. Monitor material price tendency and act on opportunities.

9. Liaison with US head office on regular project information

10. Interface with US headoffice to minimize Leadtime, improve cash flow.

11. Maintain accuracy of ERP database.

12. Handle customer visit as required.

Requirement:

1. Mechanical/Electronic/Electric Engineering background.

2. Good knowledge on manufacture process and cost of various mechanical/electronic products.

3. Fluent English, Supplier audit experience according to ISO9000.

4. Over 8 years sourcing experience. 3years in management function.

5. Report to General manager.
