SERVE MORE CUPS
- Support the development and implementation annual 12month and 36 months local marketing/ brand plan.
- Build local market insights by continuously monitoring competition situations, category data analysis, customer research, market trends and latest technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional team/ regional team to contribute to the development of regional campaign ideas or development of assets.
- Proactively provide local knowledge and key market insight input to the MSU and regional team for potential innovations and trends.
MASTER EXECUTION
- Support in the governance and steering leadership in Old Town brand in the local market– this includes portfolio management, pricing, marketing execution etc
- Responsible for supporting the effective delivery of marketing activities within the agreed budget, brand guidelines and clear measurement plans to track performance and drive ROI.
- Responsible for developing a concise local marketing campaign brief - communication concept, media plan, content strategy and development, promotion mechanisms and POS materials etc to meet intended marketing and business objectives.
- Close partnership with Online and Offline sales teams to develop campaign / POS / related brand materials to achieve conversions from awareness, consideration to purchase.
- Lead/ Support translating the growth opportunity coming from marketing or sales into a clear and concise project brief and planning. Project leadership in seeing through concept (strategy) into action (on shelves) for single market initiative and/or strong supporting role in multi-markets projects led by regional team.
