Responsility：
1.Work with CFT (Cross function team) follow up plastic part and tool release status, push relevant dept. for material release to meet the project plan
2.Create effective & efficient IQC and SPC Inspection plans, WI for all test procedures, Define test method for single part inspection
3.Plastic Part’s tool and part release - PPAP / ISI release report if part is ready for production ( full Dimension report review with CFT, Limit sample, cosmetic criteria )
FOT, ER1, ER2, Pilot run monitoring, improvement and follow up
4.Implement 5S, Process audit on Molding / Die Casting / Tamp-printing process
5.Train the SPC team in time so that they can get full understanding about the new mold/part status
6.Problem -Solving: To follow up the complaint about plastic part quality from customer, market, production line in time by 8D report. Root cause, corrective action, Effectiveness
7.KPI improvement- DPPM and Scrap continuous improvement
8.To follow up on the open items and create performance overviews of MD, DC, TP

Required：
1.Above 5 years’ experience of plastic tooling and injection molding quality engineering
2.Be familiar with plastic mold/ part release/ PPAP approval process
3.Competitive Experience for APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
4.Good English communication in Listening, speaking, reading and writing
5.Knowledge in Quality field like ISO 9000, Product & Process Audit, TS16949
6.Be able to work/ train/improve the team capability
7.Skilled use office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
8.Priority for Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt (It is not must)
