职位描述
? Provide support to Client Operations team on day-to-day business as usual within the stipulated timeframe. Activities may include:
1.Bank forms processing for account setup, ekey application, payment / receipt etc.
2.Fapiao issuance and claim
3.Bank & Tax Reconciliation
? Liaise with external parties (including banks, tax bureau etc.) to execute entity closure & rebranding related tasks (eg. Document preparation & filing, tax audit etc.).
? Perform internal system / account / documents cleanup & archiving
? Other duties as assigned by the Employer or Client Operatons team to meet the business needs
Requirement
? Maintain service-oriented attitude at all times
? Excellent command of written and oral in English
? Able to follow delivery commitments to client
? Able to work in a fast paced environment
? Attention to detail
? Work well in a team environment
? Maintain confidentiality and exhibit professional decorum at all times
? Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills
? Good problem solving skills
? Willing to work overtime (incl. weekends and holidays) at minimal notice
? Able to occasionally travel to other locations within China (e.g. Shanghai, Shenzhen, etc)
