Job Description for QA/Test Engineer/Technician
Major Responsibilities
? Responsible for New Product Development project
? Participate each product development stage, EB/PP build, provide input/comment to related parties
? Perform tests at each product development stage according to the qualification test plan
? Prepare and consolidate test data and test report and ensure timely test report upload
? Follow up supplier to provide corrective action plan (CAP), define and validate CAP with related parties
? Communicate, co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external in terms of the progress for testing and CAP.
? Conduct factory audit or production line audit as required
? Handle customers’ 3rd party test (Wal-Mart, The Home Depot, Costco, BJ, etc)
? Support VBE/Cost Reduction program
? Follow up annual equipment calibration if needed
? Handle customer complaint and field returned sample analysis as assigned
? Handle any ad hoc quality issues as required
? Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
? University or Colleague graduated from Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
? Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical product manufacturing industry and minimum 5 years’ experience in product testing
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Positive and have a sense of ownership for works
? Ability to effectively manage time to meet assigned deadlines
? Familiar with electrical product testing and the operation of various testing equipment
? Familiar with UL, RoHS, FCC safety standard, familiar with six sigma tools (PFMEA, DFMEA, DOE, etc) is advantage
? Good command of both reading and written English, good command of speaking English is advantage
? Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Willing to frequently travel in China or overseas countries
