职位描述
Job Description
1. Coordinate availability of inspection references (PO, Approved samples, checklists, etc.) for QC inspectors’ use during inspection;
2. Follow up compliance audit program, inform vendor about necessary test, arrange QC Inspectors to pick up compliance test auditing samples according to QE's auditing plan, and counter check the compliance record before QC inspection (RoHS/Cadmium/REACH DoC, etc.)
3. Negotiate with vendors for better delivery time when necessary. Inform and co-work with other Operations teams for related PO management issues when necessary.
4. Summarize inspection results and communicate with concerned groups (Purchasing, Sales, etc.), to make the final conclusion of an Inspection result (with support from PD, Sourcing and QCM when necessary)
5. Arrange QC daily inspection schedule on daily basis, including re-work/re-inspection of rejected orders, Checking QC expense report every 2 weeks.
6. Follow up skip inspection program, update timely with vendor and GIP, follow up vendor’s self-inspection result
7. Maintain/update GIP/QC Database properly to ensure the data input correctly and timely
8. Manage Goods Ready Date according to the PO EFD data in GIP to achieve best delivery on time ratio, provide PO management training to vendor when necessary, push vendors to book inspection and shipment on time, in case of exception, contact and push vendor and coordinate with BU in a timely manner
9. Manage vendor claims, update timely with BU/GIP
10. Accepting / rejecting an order in term of quality in system for the final QC decision
11. Visit factories when necessary for business meeting and capacity audit every year (once per year minimum)
12. Run Capacity audit at factory
13. Track vendor Delivery performance to anticipate DOT issues
14. Communicate KPI to vendors in monthly basis and follow up CAPs from vendor in order to hit KPI target
15. Conduct vendor capacity audit yearly
16. Reviewed the defective samples with category manager and noted the root cause if possible
17. Informed vendor about the protentional /real claims
18. Send defective sample to vendor side
19. Negotiate with vendor for the final claims and update GIP system.

8.根据GIP中的PO EFD数据管理备货日期,以达到交货准时率,必要时为供应商提供PO管理培训,推动供应商按时验货和发货,如有异常,联系推送供应商,并及时与BU协调;
9. 管理供应商索赔,及时与BU/GIP更新;
10. 根据系统中的质量,接受/拒绝订单,为QC做出最终决定;
11、每年必要时拜访工厂,进行业务会议和产能审核(每年至少一次);
12. 工厂产能审核;
13. 跟踪供应商交付绩效以预测 DOT 问题;
14. 每月向供应商传达KPI,并跟进供应商的CAP,以达到KPI目标;
15.每年进行供应商产能审核;
16. 与品类经理一起审查不良品,并在可能的情况下指出根本原因;
17. 告知供应商有关预期/实际索赔的信息;
18. 将不良品发送给供应商;
19. 与供应商协商最终索赔并更新GIP系统。

Polyconcept Group is a multinational company headquartered in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, USA. It is a world leader in gifts and promotional products. Its products are sold in more than 100 countries. Polyconcept Group entered the Chinese market as early as 1994, and has opened offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen,Hongkong with a total of more than 200 employees. With the continuous expansion of business, how to attract and motivate excellent management and chnical personnel is a challenge to Polyconcept. Take the most common working hours of employees for example. Most companies now work “9:00am to 5:00pm”. However,the "one-fits-all" working hours are not suitable for all employees. Furthermore, taking into account daily traffic during rush hours, the traditional “9:00am to 5:00pm” working hours cannot meet the actual needs of enterprises and employees.
