岗位职责：
全面负责与OEM、ODM、JDM供应商对网络和AVOIP产品线的新产品开发项目，根据产品需求文档对产品研究、评估、设计和交付，并与美国产品管理和工程团队对接，与供应商和跨部门合作展开新产品开发计划，工作内容：
1. 计划和管理关键项目的进展，包括对项目初步启动的研究、开发和过程把控，保证项目的进展、成本和质量；
2. 为项目团队提供专业的项目管理知识和支持;
3. 协调、分析项目范围和预算的变更，确保实施与设计的一致性；
4. 与直接主管、公司管理层和供应商就项目状态进行有效沟通；
5. 其他上级安排的工作任务。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上，技术相关专业，
2. 2+年OEM、ODM或JDM交换机等网络产品项目管理经验;
3. 具有从概念到成品商业化的产品开发经验，熟悉生产工艺和程序；
4. 具备硬件工程师的工作经验，了解电路图设计和检验，在网络或电子设备市场工作经验优先;
5. 良好的英语读写能力，口语沟通能力较好，CET-4以上;
6. 良好跨部门沟通协调能力；

GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Product Engineer holds overall responsibility and ownership for new product development program associated with OEM, ODM, and JDM suppliers for both network and AVOIP product lines. Product Engineer works closely with US based product management and engineering teams to research, scope, design, and delivery products per the product requirements document (PRD). Works closely with suppliers and cross-functional team members to execute (NPD) plans within the Network and AVOIP product segments, both for Luxul and Vaddio brands.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Plan and manage the progression of key projects through initial kick-off research, development and launch process ensuring timeliness, cost, and quality.
2. Provide expert Project Management knowledge and support to project teams and facilitate overcoming obstacles to achieve successful development and introduction of assigned projects.
3. Work with global cross-functional teams with a diverse range of functional areas including Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Suppliers, and Operations.
4. Coordinate the analysis of scope changes to schedule & budget and ensure implementation with consistent design integrity.
5. Effectively communicate to direct supervisor, corporate management, and suppliers on project status.
6. Effectively manage, develop, and motivate cross-functional team members.
7. Provide effective, constructive, and appropriate feedback and leadership to project team members to foster a positive team atmosphere.
8. Initiate and assist with the creation, development, and implementation of processes and procedures.
9. Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non -compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Excellent collaborative interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively across the organization and within a team of diverse skill sets.
2. Proven ability to lead new product development projects with selected strategy suppliers.
3. Exceptional project management and planning skills, while providing high attention to details.
4. Previous experience as hardware or software engineer, preferably in either the network or AVOIP market.
5. Working knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure.
6. Experience in design, verification, and validation of hardware.
7. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Familiar with compliance testing.
9. Required to speak and correspond in English.
10. Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed.
11. Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.
12. Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in technical field and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in OEM, ODM, or JDM product or project development; or combination of relevant education and experience.
2. Demonstrated experience leading a cross-function product development effort from definition to commercialization.

Special Job Requirements:
1. Requires frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members.
2. Must be available for international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Direct experience in developing either network or AVOIP products.
2. Experience using MS Project or other project management software.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. May require regular travel to other company or supplier facilities.
2. Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 20% travel.
