Position: Senior Engineering Project Manager
Reports To: Project Engineering director
Location: Shenzhen, China

Job Description:
The role of Senior Program Manager is to plan, manage and deliver product/parts service project. The role holder will manage the project implementation from inception through final delivery of the product, covering all aspects including planning, delivering to time and budget, managing the project team and stakeholder relationships. The role holder will also support on account management and developing new customers.
Responsibilities:
？ Communicate with customers to understand their need and present business proposals on service solutions.
？ Overall Project specification, schedule and cost management.
？ Work with related team members to identify the risk and challenges from cost and manufacturing process through DFA, DFM, Risk mitigation plan, FMEA and so on to provide high quality solution.
？ Project plan: The role holder will be required to monitor and follow up quickly grasp the high level business requirement and finalize the approach, estimates and plan together with Technology and Business representatives to communicate the key milestones and timeline.
？ Delivery: The role holder will be required to take full accountability for the timely delivery against milestones and budget, proactively communicate delivery against the agreed plan.
？ Account management: Taking care of the account growth, attend business meetings and support Sales team in the pre-sales stage.
？ Project status update: Closely monitor the project status, problems and customer's feedback; provide views and advice on solutions and improvement,
？ Make sure project documentation input and output are under control with well management.
？ Work on the project work procedure and optimize it to make sure the project works effective and efficiently.

Education and Experience Requirements:
？ BSME degree or above，major in Mechanical Engineering or Technology related
？ 5+ years of experience in designing, developing and shipping high quality commercial product;
？ 5+ years of project management experience or within a similar position in consumer electronic, electrical and home appliance, car, medical industry and so on……
？ Good knowledge about project life cycle and project concepts;
？ Working knowledge of both Chinese and English;
？ Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Project, Visio.
？ Exceptional communications and relationship skills – spoken, written and in person;
？ Independent, fast learner, methodical, goal/task oriented;
？ Structured and attention to detail when working under pressure;
？ The ability to solve problems using a rational approach with strong ownership of problems;
Ability to multi-task, plan and organize work and establish priorities;
？ Mature and commercial approach to task;
？ Action oriented, self-motivated, known for high energy and productivity;
？ Able to deliver quality results with a constructive, positive, influential style;
？ Excellent coordination skill and teamwork spirit.
？ Formal training and certification in project management, PMP is preferred.
？ Driver license owner is a must.
