Responsibilities：
-Receiving, prioritizing and dealing with shipping requests from DCs and Freight Forwarders
-Issuing or finalizing of invoices for DC and Direct Shipments
-Liaising with Freight Forwarders, DCs, Delivery Follow up (DFU), Swiss office and customers
-Correction of invoices where needed (i.e. splitting of invoice lines, adding of special information etc.)
-Issuing and distributing Credit Notes (mainly for merchandise credits)
-Distributing of non merchandise invoices (People Soft)
-Identification of special cases and coordination of required measures with supervisors
-Distribution of invoices and shipping documents to Freight Forwarders, DCs and customers
-Providing customers with additional information where needed such as Excel invoices, shipping details etc.
-E-mail correspondence with Freight Forwarders, DCs, DFU, Swiss office as well as Franchise & Wholesale customers
-Supporting document collection process from suppliers
-Backup for other team members

Requirements：
-Fluent in English is a must (oral and writing)
-Experienced to work in multinational environment
-Experienced with transportation or billing tasks (1-3 years)
-SAP experience considered a plus (SD-module)
-Reliability and exactness
-Used to work under time pressure
-High flexibility
-Dedicated team player
