Key Responsibilities
? Lead the quality task and effectively implement quality strategies.
? Developing and maintaining project quality management/control plan, ensure of conformance.
? Manage customers’ communication. Effective implement and maintain Quality management system, product quality and compliance to customer and regulatory requirement.
? Guide the product development process and associated verification, validation activities, risk management program and risk mitigation including safe launch activities.
? Lead factory testing, product failure rate and reliability estimations.
? Uses post-market analytics and statistics to report on product quality performance in the field.
? Maintain High standard of customer service, investigation and resolution of quality complains.
? Drive improvement actions to ensure capable products and manufacturing processes.
? Drive lesson learn across to similar projects and product platforms.
? Work closely with buyer team and project manager to drive supplier performance towards achievement of defined goals using supplier scorecard.

Skills
? Be familiar with ISO90001/ISO14001 system and process.
? Familiar with quality tools like PDCA, SPC, MSA, FMEA, QCC etc.
? Strong quality acumen, insight, problem analysis and solving skill.
? Excellent English and communication skills
? Advanced knowledge of office – power point, excel and word is a requirement.
? Good sense of business and customers management



Education and Experience
? Mechanical or Electrical engineer bachelor’s degree or above
? Min 10 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational environment
? Previous experience of interacting with multiple levels within an organisation
? Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams.
? SDA products experience is preferred.
