The Site Senior Execution Buyer is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement and delivery of goods and services to support the operation and execution of projects at the designated site. This role involves working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the procurement team to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, engineers, and operations teams, to identify and understand the procurement requirements for the site execution phase.
Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet project timelines, specifications, and budget while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
onduct market analysis and research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and establish contractual agreements.
-Manage supplier relationships, including vendor performance assessments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Lead the procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluate bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for money.
-Monitor and track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality of goods and services, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
-Collaborate with the procurement team to develop and implement sourcing strategies, optimize supply chains, and drive cost savings and process improvements.
-Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing procurement activities, such as ethical sourcing practices, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
-Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities, trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to junior procurement staff and support their professional development.

Experience:
-Proven work experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
-Familiarity with project management methodologies and understanding of project execution requirements.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in using procurement tools and software.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Various ERP system experience.
-Fluent in English and Chinese.
-Strong office automation skills, especially on Excel, Word and PowerPoints etc.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
