岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划，完成既定的培训产品业绩目标；
2、与销售团队合作，做好目标客户开发及跟进；
3、以顾问的角度，分析客户需求，向客户提供专业的培训服务解决方案；
4、做好培训项目管理，项目规划、协调和过程控制；
5、对现有客户做好客情维护；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具有较强的人际沟通能力、商务谈判能力和演示表达能力；
3、良好的英文听说读写能力及办公软件操作水平；
4、有5年以上顾问式销售工作经验，有带团队经验；
5、有培训、项目或大客户销售经验尤佳。
