Position Description
Lenovo Global Web Hubs manages Web and eCommerce experience for customers in more than 40 overseas markets. This role in Beijing is critical in driving the best-in-class web experience for web customers in Asia Pacific.
1. Leading technical expert and primary tech focal for website UX implementation and web production platform. Key technical facilitator of AP Web UX implementation BMS and process.
2. Technical owner of global UX and function enhancement implementation in AP Geo, leading UAT, function gap reviews and platform productivity discussions. Participate in global UX research and design, and support building the UX implementation roadmap for AP Geo by integrating WW initiatives and local business needs.
3. Lead tech consultant for ecommerce platform functionality, productivity and availability for all members in WPC Beijing; primary tech owner who works with IT and relevant teams to drive continuous platform improvement.
4. Key contributor in global web hubs development community; team trainer and evangelist of new tools, technology and skills in WPC Beijing
Position Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in enterprise-level Web-based development or operations role, Experience of eCommerce platform is preferred.
2. Expert of front-end Web skills, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript
3. Working level knowledge of issues surrounding Web user experience, Web UI design and SEO/SEM.
4. Bachelor degree in computer science, Internet or eCommerce related field is preferred
5. Sufficiently skilled in written and verbal English, able to communicate in English work environment. Previous experience in international cross-culture work environment is strongly desired.
