岗位职责
1、负责公司企业微信用户池的用户增长和运营，对运营转化效果负责。通过裂变活动、运营工具、交互服务等方式，对用户实现分级转化和分层运营，提高用户池价值；
2、针对不同来源和属性的用户，设计有效的转化路径和话术，增加用户池的简历储备，并持续推进新老用户的投递；
3、在细分用户池里发掘价值用户和候选人，在有效沟通后进行分类运营或深度匹配，提高价值用户的转化效果；
4、对用户进行分级分层管理、提高运营效率，促使用户池健康运转和增长。

岗位要求
1、本科以上学历，2年以上C端用户运营经验，有校园招聘、就业辅导、RPO类工作经验和资源优先；
2、有私域或社群运营转化经验，有企业微信运营成功案例优先；
3、较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，情绪管理和时间管理能力。
