职位：人力资源主管

岗位职责

1、负责公司人力资源制度的建立与完善，相关流程体系的建立与优化。

2、完成对高端人才的引进工作。

3、建立和完善薪酬体系。

4、绩效考核方案的制定、实施和监督。

5、协助进行公司组织结构的调整；定期组织修订《岗位说明书》。

6、完善培训体系，通过各种考核，定期检验培训效果。

7、宣传公司的企业文化，组织各种员工活动，做好员工关系管理的工作。

8、协调处理保障人力资源系统和档案的维护和完善；制作人力资源相关数据的统计分析报表，为上级决策提供依据。

9、 协调处理保障人力资源日常工作顺利进行。

任职要求：

1、 法律/人力资源/心理学等相关专业本科毕业，5年以上人力资源工作经验，熟悉各大模块的操作流程，擅长薪酬、绩效模块优先。

2、 熟悉各种人力资源管理工具。

3、 熟悉人事政策、法律和法规及政府办事流程。

4、 熟悉劳动法，有一定的员工关系处理经验。

5、 具备良好的的组织、协调能力；公文写作能力，善于沟通，执行力强。
