职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Plan & execute omnichannel marketing to drive qualified leads for business development and merchandising teams.
2. Launch & optimize media campaigns across various digital channels, targeting specific customer profiles based on business goals.
3. Organize *** events, digital activities, or other initiatives to drive company awareness within regional market and industry.
4. Create localized blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, info-graphics or other engaging sales ennoblement content.
5. Develop and implement communication strategies to build Lever Style corporate reputation in global market.
6. Maintain & enhance Lever Style corporate and social media mechanism, mainly from content development perspective.
7. Collaborate with business development and merchandising teams to align on full-funnel strategies to drive demand into the sales pipeline aligned with global / regional initiatives.
8. Define KPI goals for all initiatives, then monitor and report performance of direct and indirect impact on the sales pipeline on a regular cadence to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, event marketing or a related role.
2. Proven track record of growing qualified B2B leads for a brand or product.
3. Expertise in campaign management and leveraging marketing automation tools.
4. Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights.
5. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for creativity.
7. Knowledge of the fashion & apparel industry or ad-tech is a plus.
8. Professional proficiency of English and Chinese as the working language.
