1、Plan the development of operation team work scopes overall in south China region. Oversee and lead the operation team in execution level towards cooperation with all internal and external parties at fairs by set targets.

2、Participate in the development, evaluation and improvement of both operational works processes and tools on an ongoing basis. Follow the standards and guidelines set to create uniformity and consistency among project teams and cross events for workflow optimization.
持续参与运营工作流程和工具的开发、评估和改进。 遵循设定的标准和指南，在项目团队和跨事件之间创建统一性和一致性，以优化工作流程。
3、Evaluate and review manpower and resources allocated to the assigned projects for both operational works to provide support on pre-show, on site and post show stages. Cooperation and coordination with HK or Shanghai operation teams may be required upon business needs.

4、Maintain good relationships with all external suppliers, responsible for contracts or agreement with operational vendors/contractors to ensure the best service scope, terms, discounts, value-adds are secured and consistent across events for maximizing the project and corporate benefits.
和外部供应商保持良好的关系，负责与运营供应商/承包商签订合同或达成协议，要求***限度地提高项目和公司利益，争取***服务范围、条款、折扣以及附加价值；并在各个展会项目中保持有效性和一致性。
5、Coordinate with venue owners for conference rooms, advertising options, facilities, utilities, technical installation and security/safety measures to liaise with government and other key agencies as required by regulations for permits and approvals.
与展馆方沟通联系各项事宜，包括协调会议室、广告方案、设施设备、水电设施、技术安装和安保/安全措施，并根据相关法律法规的要求，与政府和其他主管机构保持联系并获取展会举办必要的批文和许可。
6、Proactively and regularly collect and update market info on existing and newly established venues, convention centers or service providers to assist and share latest info to internal projects teams.
主动并定期收集和更新现有和新设立的场馆、会议中心或服务提供商的市场信息，以协助和分享最新信息给内部项目团队。
7、Support administrate works or tasks assigned from headquarter in various purpose.
