1. Good mastery of development languages like ABAP, Jara, Hana, etc. to conduct implementation in SAP FICO area or migration with other technial platforms.

2. Maintain and optimize existing systems from product perspective and ensure operation target is fulfilled as 3rd level support.

3. Design and develop new systems / functionality with qualified deliverables.

4. Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests.

5. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

6. Must be able to develop from functional specifications and in some instances a business request.

7. Collaboration within feature team or cross team to figure out ideas to achieve the delivery target, as well as international offshore collobration.

8. Keep pace with the cutting-edge technologies and have the awareness of improving the product or initating the innovative soluitons for problem soving.

Major responsibilities：

· Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT advisory engagements, specific to FICO function area, focusing on working together with function colleagues for solution design and review, coding design and review, bug fix and coding optimization with deliverable reviews and completeness.

· Collaborate with function colleagues and business users on current processes investigation and evaluate the busienss requirements with solution recommendation and risk analysis with qualified deliverables.

· Familiar with specific function area to support the relevant configuration and make the test, DTO and trainings to support the golive acitivities.

· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users.

· Proactively summary system issues or tickets and identify the rootcasue with consideration of business requirements, then workout improvement proposals from technical point of view to continously conduct product optimization.

· Solution recommendations with consideration of future IT landscape and cutting-edge technologies, which ensures the alignment with IT long-term strategy and leading the business change with positive feedback.

· Topic steering, ensure the timeline, scope, solution design, and quality control.

· As the IT DevOps role, familiar with ITIL processes, conduct and steer the incident/ change/ problem/ knowledge management processes.

Qualifications:

· Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience

· Good capability of ABAP development in manufacturing industry to ensure the delivery with high quality.

- Good mastery of ABAP Development, including Dialog Programming, Module Programming, ALV Reporting, Smart forms, Function Modules incl. RFCs, Batch programming, BAPI, BADI, BDC, Field Exits, User Exits, Enhancement Points, Object Oriented Programming.

- Familiar with at least 2 SAP modules' development. As a technical expert in relevant SAP module(s); required to give technical direction and imparts knowledge and expertise based on prior experience relevant to the service.

- Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation.

- HANA or S4 HANA development experience.

- SAP UI5/Fiori/BSP & JavaScript experience/Solution Manager skills will be advantageous.

- Familiar with ABAP program language and debug skills. Multi-ECCs integration enviorment.

· Professional knowledge for ITIL, operation management etc.

· Understanding of IT project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile & Devops)

· Understanding busienss knowledge about material master data, logistic inbound delivery and part quality related process.

· Good communication & presentation skills.

· Proficient English in oral and written.

· Remote working abilities.

· At least 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry and familiar with at least 2 SAP modules.

· 4-6 years‘ experience and capabilities related to business analysis and process management experience in Logistics.

· Rich experience for interface setup, multi-system integration and non-SAP system integration solution

· At least 5 years SAP Technical experience (ABAP, IDOC, EDI, ALE, Middleware).

· 1-3 years’ working experience in automobile industry is a plus
